Our Commitment
UNEUX is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
We strive to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the harmonized European standard EN 301 549.
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks and heading hierarchy
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for UI components)
- Full keyboard navigation support
- ARIA attributes for dynamic content and interactive components
- Support for screen readers and assistive technologies
- Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
- Support for text resizing up to 200%
- Reduced motion support via prefers-reduced-motion
- 18 language translations
- Skip-to-content navigation links
- Windows High Contrast Mode (forced-colors) support
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility:
- Some third-party content (Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA) may have limited accessibility. We rely on Cloudflare's accessibility implementation for this widget.
- Translated content in 17 non-English languages is machine-generated and may contain translation inaccuracies.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us:
- Email: support@uneux.com
- We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you have the right to contact the relevant national enforcement authority in your country. Under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), each EU Member State has designated market surveillance authorities responsible for enforcing accessibility requirements.
As UNEUX is based in Bulgaria, the relevant national authority is the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите — kzp.bg).
