1. Who We Are
UNEUX is a building access control platform operated from Sofia, Bulgaria. When you use our website or services, UNEUX ("we", "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
2. What Data We Collect
Through this website, we may collect:
- Contact form data: name, email address, company name, and message content — only when you voluntarily submit the contact form.
- Language preference: stored locally in your browser (localStorage) to remember your chosen language.
We do not use cookies for tracking. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website — pages viewed, time on site, and general usage patterns. GA4 uses first-party cookies and does not share data with third parties for advertising. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
3. How We Use Your Data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
4. Data Storage
All data is stored within the European Union (region: europe-central2), in compliance with GDPR. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under EU data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@uneux.com.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
This website uses:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — for anonymous website usage analytics (pageviews, interactions), loaded only after you give consent. Data is processed by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Hosting — for website hosting (Google Cloud, EU region)
- Cloudflare Turnstile — for bot protection on the contact form (loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com). Turnstile may collect minimal interaction data to distinguish humans from bots. No cookies are set. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
No other third-party services or tracking are used on this website.
8. Security
We implement TLS/SSL encryption, Content Security Policy headers, and other security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
